Shipping & Returns
RUFO's shipping methods, costs, warranty and return conditions are as follows.
1. Methods & delivery time
Delivery is via priority post, Tipax (cash on delivery) and in-city courier. Orders are usually dispatched 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
2. Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout based on the chosen method. With Tipax, the cost is paid by the recipient on delivery.
3. Product warranty
RUFO fire balls come with a 5-year warranty and require no routine maintenance during this period. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
4. Returns & exchange
If the item is incorrect or damaged on delivery, the buyer has 7 days to contact support. The item must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.
